Who is this for?
The Bureau is designed for TSL graduates and working speakers who already have several paid speaking gigs under their belt. This is not for someone just getting started... that is what our core program is for. The Bureau is the next step. If you already know how to speak and get booked, this gives you the leads, coaching, outreach system, and community to do it at a higher level and with more consistency.
How is this different from the original TSL program?
The original program teaches you the system. The Bureau is what comes next… ongoing 1:1 coaching, qualified leads every month, group calls with Dan and Erick, and a private network of speakers who are actively booking gigs. It is built for speakers who already know the fundamentals and want continued support, accountability, and a real pipeline to keep momentum going long term.
Why a flat membership instead of a percentage?
Because taking 20% of every gig only works if a bureau is willing to invest in you in the first place, and the establishment bureaus aren’t. Flat pricing means we’re aligned with you from day one, not just when you’re booking $20K keynotes. We may introduce a commission option for future cohorts, but Founding Roster members will never pay commission. That is locked in permanently.
What’s the difference between Option A and Option B?
Both options include the same membership benefits after the 60 day sprint: continued 1:1 coaching, 50 qualified leads every month, ongoing group coaching calls with Dan & Erick, and every future upgrade we release (managed outreach, the Bureau marketplace where event planners come to you, and more). With Option A, your first year ($2,000) is paid today when you join… saving you $1,000/year compared to monthly. Option B is $250/month starting Day 61… more flexibility, higher total cost over a full year. Both lock you at your Founding rate for as long as you remain a member.
What if I can’t make the group calls live?
They’re recorded. You keep the recordings. The live sessions are where the hot seat coaching happens, so come if you can. But you won’t miss the training if you can’t make every one.

Because Erick and Dan are running this personally and can only give this level of coaching and attention to so many members at once. The Founding 50 are also helping us shape this as we build it… that’s why the price is significantly lower than what Cohort 2 will be.
What else is coming for Bureau members?

Second, we are building a Certified Speakers Network on thespeakerlab.com where Bureau members are featured directly to event planners. We are driving paid traffic, business development, and partnerships to bring planners to us looking for speakers. We are also planning a live, in person event where much of the marketplace and network will be built together in real time. Both of these are actively in development right now.
