Podcast Listener Survey Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Eligibility

This prize drawing is open to anyone. Employees of The Speaker Lab and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) living in the same household are not eligible to enter, win or otherwise participate.This prize drawing is governed by applicable federal and state laws. This free giveaway will be in effect from January 10th, 2024 until concluded by The Speaker Lab.

2. How to Participate and Enter the Prize Drawing

No purchase is necessary to receive this giveaway. Entrants must complete the 2024 Podcast Listener Survey to be considered “entered.” 

3. Prizes

Each person who completes the 2024 Podcast Listener Survey will receive one (1) $5 Starbucks gift card, delivered via email to the email indicated on the survey within 7-10 business days of survey completion.

4. Use of Entry Data 

Data received will become the property of The Speaker Lab and will not be returned to the sender. The records will not be sold or otherwise transferred to be used as customer referral lists but will be maintained to the extent they are kept in confidence.

5. Giveaway Termination

The Speaker Lab reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time, and may, in its sole discretion, cancel this giveaway if the prize drawing is subject to manipulation, tampering, misconduct, fraud, technical failures or any error destroys the integrity of the giveaway as determined by The Speaker Lab.

6. Acceptance of Rules

Your entry for a prize drawing constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions. If you win a prize drawing, your entry constitutes your consent for The Speaker Lab to use your name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements and posting of your name if you win the prize drawing, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize drawing winners. The Speaker Lab does not intend to promote the winners, but reserves the right to do so.

7. Rules and Rules Modification

These Official Rules may be modified at any time by The Speaker Lab. Official Rules and any modified rules will be posted on https://thespeakerlab.com/podcast-listener-survey-giveaway-official-rules/.

8. Where Prohibited

This prize drawing is void wherever prohibited by law. There will be no prize substitutions or cash redemptions. Should the prize become unavailable, The Speaker Lab may substitute a prize of equal or greater value and will change these rules to identify a different prize if the unavailable becomes permanent. The Speaker Lab is not responsible for any warranties related to misuse or malfunction of the prize, nor will The Speaker Lab be available to provide assistance with usage questions related to the prize after delivery.

9. General Release

By entering this prize drawing a person waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against The Speaker Lab or any other associated with the prize drawing. A person entering this drawing further releases and holds harmless The Speaker Lab, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims for injuries or damages or monetary consideration of any kind, including costs and attorney fees arising out of, or claimed to arise out of, participation in the survey or prize drawing, or both.
