About Josie Ann Lee + Kenny Barnwell

Josie Ann’s Bio:

Josie Ann was raised in her family’s country story, Hickory Market. It instilled in her a love for systems and the power of a strong community.

After graduating from The University of Michigan, Josie Ann moved to Chicago to being classes at The Second City. It was there she learned a concept that changed her life: The philosophy of “Yes, And…” – the art of accepting ideas, seeing them as gifts, and building upon them.

When life took an unexpected turn with her father’s passing, Josie Ann returned home to help her mom run our store. That year redefined what community meant. It wasn’t just a place; it thrived on kindness and genuine care for each customer. It was intentional, built on making people feel valued. It was a powerful reminder that people are the heart of any successful organization.

For the past 15 years, Josie Ann has channeled these experiences into creating positive businesses built on the simple truth: everyone is someone’s most important person in the world. Now, she’s excited to share these lessons with you. Let’s unlock the SUPERPOWER of SERVICE and show how it can transform your organization’s health and the well-being of your people.

Kenny’s Bio:

Kenny Barnwell is a 20+ year touring veteran who has traveled the world with top artists and legendary acts like the Jonas Brothers, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and Bon Jovi. As the author of two music industry books and Founder of CREWspire, a brand dedicated to coaching and training event crews to succeed on and off the road, Kenny brings his wealth of experience to inspire others to reach their full potential.

Known for his relentless positivity, Kenny is also a personal development enthusiast and, most recently, a survivor. His mission is to inspire people to overcome life’s challenges and keep moving forward, one small step at a time.

Growing up on a dirt road in Villa Rica, GA, as the son of deaf parents, Kenny faced adversity early on, battling addiction and homelessness as a teenager. Now, he uses his story to show others that no obstacle is too great to overcome.

Kenny’s keynote presentations are dynamic and motivational, offering practical strategies to help build courage, resilience, and purpose in the face of hardship. With a focus on gratitude, perseverance, and staying true to one’s values, Kenny’s talks leave you empowered to take on whatever life throws at them.

Outside of his work, Kenny is a devoted husband and father of two, an adventure enthusiast, and an ocean lover who dreams of one day competing on Naked & Afraid.
