This Customer prize drawing is open only to current Speaker Lab students at the time of entry, as defined within a 6-month window from enrollment date. Employees of The Speaker Lab and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) living in the same household are not eligible to enter, win or otherwise participate. People who have won this prize drawing in the preceding twelve (12) months are eligible to submit a survey but are not eligible to win a drawing for a prize. This prize drawing is governed by applicable federal and state laws.
No purchase is necessary to enter or to win this drawing. All eligible entrants have an equal opportunity to win. Enter by submitting a completed survey included in the survey email sent to each TSL student. Only one entry per survey will be entered into the prize drawing. There will be one prize drawing each quarter. Entrants must complete the survey to be eligible to win.
There will be one Demo Video Upgrade prize winner chosen each quarter, valued at $500. The Speaker Lab will work with the winner to improve, edit, or upgrade their existing Speaker Demo Video. The Speaker Lab will edit your existing demo video with either:
On or about the first day of each quarter, one potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the quarter. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Each potential winner will be contacted by our Elite Concierge approximately fourteen (7) days after the drawing date to verify the potential winner’s email address. Prize notifications or prizes returned as undeliverable, failure to respond to attempts to contact the potential winner within seven (7) days will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner being selected. PRIZE DRAWINGS. Prize drawings and notification will be conducted quarterly following the end of each quarter, (1st week of October, January, April, & July respectively). All eligible entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the last day of the quarter to be entered in the drawing. Entries received after such time will be entered in the next prize drawing for the next quarter.
Survey responses regarding The Speaker Lab will be used to generate an NPS score and evaluate and improve our customer and student experience. Surveys received will become the property of The Speaker Lab and will not be returned to the sender. The records will not be sold or otherwise transferred to be used as customer referral lists but will be maintained to the extent they are kept in confidence.
The Speaker Lab reserves the right to cancel the prize drawing at any time, and may, in its sole discretion, cancel quarterly drawings if the prize drawing is subject to manipulation, tampering, misconduct, fraud, technical failures or any error destroys the integrity of the prize drawing as determined by The Speaker Lab.
Your entry for a prize drawing constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions. If you win a prize drawing, your entry constitutes your consent for The Speaker Lab to use your name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements and posting of your name if you win the prize drawing, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize drawing winners. The Speaker Lab does not intend to promote the winners, but reserves the right to do so.

This prize drawing is void wherever prohibited by law. There will be no prize substitutions or cash redemptions. Should the prize become unavailable, The Speaker Lab may substitute a prize of equal or greater value and will change these rules to identify a different prize if the unavailability becomes permanent. The Speaker Lab is not responsible for any warranties related to misuse or malfunction of the prize, nor will The Speaker Lab be available to provide assistance with usage questions related to the prize after delivery.
By entering this prize drawing a person waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against The Speaker Lab or any other associated with the prize drawing. A person entering this drawing further releases and holds harmless The Speaker Lab, it’s parent, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims for injuries or damages or monetary consideration of any kind, including costs and attorney fees arising out of, or claimed to arise out of, participation in the survey or prize drawing, or both.
