What has been your biggest success as a speaker so far?
Being confident about my business strategy. Another success has been implementing a serious and professional backend including a CRM, a sales outreach template, an outreach strategy that is proven and tested.
What was your biggest struggle before finding The Speaker Lab?
Having a clear strategy to build my business. I struggled with being clear on how to run the business side of the speaking business. I was unsure how to build and grow a speaking business, from outreach all the way to closing deals.
How has The Speaker Lab helped you and your business?
Implement a clear strategy to build a speaking business. It helped me having the tools, the techniques and the processes to execute on the business side of speaking. It helped me feel more confident about my execution and my implementation.
