We know our partners are smart, savvy, and full of integrity—which is why we love working with you. That said, we do have a few ground rules to keep everything running smoothly. 

Who We Are and What This is All About

We are a dynamic team dedicated to helping speakers get Booked & Paid to Speak®! By joining our partner program, you are agreeing to play by these rules. They are here to protect you, us, and most importantly, your commissions. 

Joining Us 

• Sign Up Process: Simply fill out our application form and have a conversation with us. We will let you know quickly if you are in or out.
  
  
• True Identity: Please provide accurate and complete personal and business information. You have to be at least 18 years old, and using fake names, identities or incomplete details can result in delays or getting kicked out of the program.
  
  
• Honesty Is Key: We expect all the information you provide during our time together to be honest, accurate and up-to-date. Misrepresenting yourself or your business may lead to being disqualified or terminated (and neither of us want that!)
  
  
• Compliance: We do not mess with regulatory boards. You must follow all the FTC Guidelines for affiliate marketing and as an affiliate, this constitutes your agreement with the terms listed on the Official FTC website: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/guides/guides.shtm This also includes communications compliance; such as TCPA, GDPR & CAN-SPAM. 

Marketing & Commissions 

• Keep It Clean: No questionable websites, explicit material, cookie stuffing, automated link generation, spamming with or without bots, or redirects. If we suspect suspicious activity, or notice any violations of these Affiliate Rules, you will be notified and surrender all Commissions. It’s important that all rules are followed as you may be disqualified from this program at any time if you’re not 100% compliant, ethical and professional.
  
  
• How You Get Paid: You will earn a commission for each customer you refer through your unique tracking link. We have a system for keeping track of who signs up whom, so you don’t have to worry about tracking anything. Your specific commission structure will be detailed out in communication with our Affiliate Manager.
  
  • We use “last significant action” + “last contact” logic.
  • If Partner A gets the opt-in, but Partner B’s link leads to the sale, Partner B gets the commission.
  • If a buyer tells us they came from you, and we can verify it, we’ll honor it.
• Calculation of Payments: Commissions are calculated based on net revenue of the amount actually collected by us, after accounting for returns and other adjustments, including chargebacks.
  
  
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, with a standard payment date on the 20th for the previous month’s earnings. Payments will be processed via bank transfer through Plooto. Make sure the finer details of your banking information are up to date to avoid delays of payment. 

Our Secret Sauce 

• Protection of Information: Any confidential information we share with you during our time together must not be shared with anyone else.
  
  
• When Things Wrap Up: Upon leaving the program, you must stop using and delete or return any confidential information we provided you. 

Termination 

• Ending Agreement: Either of us can end this agreement at any time with written notice.
  
  
• After the Goodbye: Immediately stop using any promotional materials and remove all marketing and program information. 

Legal Matters 

• Handling Disputes: We will do our best to sort any conflicts out like adults, but if things escalate, all disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee.
  
  
• Indemnification: You agree to protect us from any legal claims arising from your activities, and we promise to do the same for you. 

Modifications to Terms 

• Rolling With the Changes: We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. If you continue in the program after changes are made, you agree to the new terms. 

Complete Agreement 

• The Final Word: This document represents the complete agreement between you and us. No other agreements, verbal or written, outside of this document are binding.
