Speaker Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility

This prize drawing is open to anyone. Employees of The Speaker Lab and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) living in the same household are not eligible to enter, win or otherwise participate.This prize drawing is governed by applicable federal and state laws. This free giveaway will be in effect from January 8th, 2024 through January 31st, 2024 at 1:15pm.

2. How to Participate and Enter the Prize Drawing

No purchase is necessary to enter or to win this drawing. Entrants must enter and verify an email to be considered “entered.” Once entered, entrants have the option to increase their odds by completing other tasks for extra entries.

3. Prizes

There will be one coaching package giveaway and 19 book winners. If you win the coaching package you will receive:

• A 1 hour coaching call with a Speaker Lab Coach 
• Access to the Master Your Speaking Pipeline course
• Access to the Cold to Booked Workshop Recording
• A physical copy of Grant Baldwin’s book, “The Successful Speaker”
• 25 speaking leads

4. Winner Selection

The Coaching Package winner will be drawn on January 31st, 2024. Book winners will be drawn every weekday (Monday through Friday) within the giveaway time period and contacted via email. All eligible entries must be received by 1:15 PM on January 31st, 2024 to be entered in the drawing. Entries received after 1:15 pm on January 31st, 2024 will not be included in the drawing. The coaching package winner will have 7 days to claim their prize or we will pick a new winner.

5. Use of Entry Data 

Data received will become the property of The Speaker Lab and will not be returned to the sender. The records will not be sold or otherwise transferred to be used as customer referral lists but will be maintained to the extent they are kept in confidence.

6. Prize Drawing Termination

The Speaker Lab reserves the right to cancel the prize drawing at any time, and may, in its sole discretion, cancel this monthly drawing if the prize drawing is subject to manipulation, tampering, misconduct, fraud, technical failures or any error destroys the integrity of the prize drawing as determined by The Speaker Lab.

7. Acceptance of Rules

Your entry for a prize drawing constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions. If you win a prize drawing, your entry constitutes your consent for The Speaker Lab to use your name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements and posting of your name if you win the prize drawing, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize drawing winners. The Speaker Lab does not intend to promote the winners, but reserves the right to do so.

8. Rules and Rules Modification

These Official Rules may be modified at any time by The Speaker Lab. Official Rules and any modified rules will be posted on https://thespeakerlab.com/speaker-giveaway-official-rules/.

9. Where Prohibited

This prize drawing is void wherever prohibited by law. There will be no prize substitutions or cash redemptions. Should the prize become unavailable, The Speaker Lab may substitute a prize of equal or greater value and will change these rules to identify a different prize if the unavailable becomes permanent. The Speaker Lab is not responsible for any warranties related to misuse or malfunction of the prize, nor will The Speaker Lab be available to provide assistance with usage questions related to the prize after delivery.

10. General Release

By entering this prize drawing a person waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against The Speaker Lab or any other associated with the prize drawing. A person entering this drawing further releases and holds harmless The Speaker Lab, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims for injuries or damages or monetary consideration of any kind, including costs and attorney fees arising out of, or claimed to arise out of, participation in the survey or prize drawing, or both.
